With the opening of a new year, outlined below are some thoughts regarding the major events anticipated in the US offshore wind sector in 2022. Admittedly, it’s a little BOEM-centric, but from my perspective this is testament to the agency’s importance in moving the US offshore wind sector forward. (Thank you BOEM for all your hard work!) For a few events, I have offered a modest prognostication or opinion on the event’s significance.
