On November 22, 2023 Power Advisory hosted a webinar addressing the Ontario government's proposed regulatory amendment to Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 429/04 - Amendments Related to the Treatment of Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). We reviewed the context for Corporate PPAs in Ontario, the Ontario government's proposed framework and consultation, and provided an assessment and review of the workability of proposed framework.
